CV. Prima Medicha is a company that selling chemical, biology and physical equipment. For public selling or state universities and private universities in Indonesia. At this time, CV. Prima Medicha having many problems in data processing, especially sell and buys proses also equipment stok, because they do data processing manually. The Affect from data processing which is still manual is accumulation of companies document, difficult of seeking and accomplishment of required information. And also slow in making report and decision of stocktaking. The goal from this making of information system is to assist in managing goods stocktaking system property of company, lessening accumulation of properties document company, quickening seeking process and accomplishment of required information, quickening making report and assist stock decisionmaking processes. In this making of information system process uses the descriptive research method, which the collecting data the use is studying literature by finding out supporting bibliographies in data analyzed technique, interview, that is, making a dialogue directly with treated arbitrarily people who gives authority in giving the explanation or information of data needed, and observing by examine the work process directly that has been done in the distance in order to get clearly illustration from the object observed. The writer uses the method which is supporting the software according to waterfall whereas for data modeling uses the structured method. That is DFD (Data Flow Diagram) in illustrating functional model and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) to illustrate data model. After through examination phase of system consisted of by examination of alpha applies examination method of black box with conclusion result of examination that enabling the happening of mistake of sintaks because guide on message still have not is maximum is presented, and examination of beta with conclusion result of examination that information systems which is made has can assist management process of goods stocktaking at CV.
