Patient information system is a information system that built for helping administration staffs in Puskesmas Pasir Layung Bandung on data processing, which used manual documentation method on the previous system. The usage of new system is divided into four categories, they are administrator’s data processing, medicine data processing, doctors data processing and information report for manager of Puskesmas Pasir Layung Bandung that is made by administrator. After the implementation of the new system, the next thing to do is testing phase. Testing phase has two ways, they are alpha testing and beta testing. Alpha testing is a kind of testing that is done by author to know that the functions on system can work well by using black box testing. Beta testing is a kind of testing that is done on research location. The result of beta testing which is named questionnaire calculated so the library information system is user-friendly..
