The Foundry Engineering departement of POLMAN Bandung needs an information provider that has no boundaries of space and time for its universitystudent and as a medium of presentation for a proposition and critics from the university student to foundry POLMAN university-level instructor . By using the Short Message Service (SMS) on cell phone, therefore in order of using SMS Gateway technology with data request automatic reply service, SMS Sender and Reader, and Data Report using GSM Modem connected with a personal computer as a server, providing university lecture schedule information foundry engineering departement of POLMAN Bandung accessed through SMS on cell phone, therefore information can be accessed easily with no boundaries of space and time. The purpose that wanted to be reached from this application is to facilitate university-student to obtained university lecture schedule information faster, able to be accesed anywhere, anytime with no boundaries of space, time, and the position of university-student who needed information, as well as a medium for POLMAN university-student to convey proposition and critics toward foundry POLMAN university-level instructor. After phasing through the research method that has been chosen, therefore by implementing this application obtained trial result that this application able to provide information appropriate with user demand.
