Abstract

Development of technology has been made some method like brain of human that know as artificial neural network. artificial neural network that is computation where architecture and operation be inspiration from knowledge neural biologic in brain. Artificial neural network can be sketch like mathematics model and computation for function non linier aproctimation, data clacification, cluster and non parameticregretion or like simulation from neural biolagic collection. Artificialneural network can be applying for prediction. Predict sistem conventional is begin konsep for predict population people using computer tools and suport by artificial neural network with backpropagation algorithm.with artificial neural network,computer function for predict amount of people population compared other factor like amount of born, dying, migration (come and out habitat in some place), gender, and basicly from wide and region every years. Prediction amount of population in exprience looking for balancing population each years ago and population for next years. Hopessly will be some pattern with input pettern population for take decide and give output pattern predict like a exercice data.
