Bluetooth is a wireless of technology communications without cable capable to offer some fitur, for example expenses which relative lower, low energy consumption, interoperability promising, easy to in operation and can provide service which all kinds of. One of communications service example of bluetooth is mobile phone delivery of text by multipoint, so that some mobile phone can communicate free of charge with limited around 10 metres, on condition that the mobile phone have supported bluetooth. Making of this application use some conditions solving for example is protocol Bluetooth as communications service, recognition of device and also service to connect some mobile phone and synchronizations for the delivery and acceptance of message. As for result to reach in this final project is technological implementation bluetooth as one of technology wirelles without cable which day in day out progressively expand.
