In order to improve the quality of company, there are some problem that emerge for training participant in the existing system. The problem is material for training was given by using handout or book, guidance for reparation and reference manualy, so it was less efficient. This system need a long time to be done and boring for training participant in troubleshooting problem to diagnoze a damage of Daihatsu Xenia car’s machine structure. From the above problem, we analyze so it could be find a solution with developing software. Analysis from this software including a system needs, user and the facility for this software. Based on analysis, we design attractive software which could help training participant based on multimedia, so they were not bored. From the testing result, this software could help the information and improve the learning quality of training participant, so can give a good technician for PT. Astra International Tbk – Daihatsu.
