Language is a communication tool that is very important for human’s life. But every human have a different kind of language depends on where they live. Because of that, in this fast moving world, a person should understand another language besides his mother language. That for, the writer is building a software that can translatr sentences from Indonesian to Germany. The purpose of building this software is to help user in translating sentences in Indonesian to Germany. This software is build with Pascal programming language and with application program, Delphi. This software have three function, that is to translate Indonesian to Germany, as a dictionary and as a modul to study Germany grammar. The sentences in Indonesian that are going to translate have SPO pattern without particle. And in translation process, if the words are not in the database, the words will be the same.
