CV. Puspita Motor is one of companies which move in the field of vehicle service and repair. The intention and purpose of this research are to study the process of inventory control system which is still be done with a manual system to be a computerize system and base on client server. System design which is used is a Flow Map (Flow Chart Document), Contecx Diagram (Diagram Context), DFD (Data Flow Diagram). On other side, database developing application tool uses MySQL 4.0.21 and Borland Delphi 6.0 programming language. The system also has strength which is helping the user / employees to know informations about stock goods, supplier data, data goods, consument data, users data, buying data, and selling data. Beside, the efficiency of time is more guaranted and also help in process of making reports which are needed by information user, for example the data reports of buying goods transaction and goods selling transaction. But this system is still has a weakness at the facility and program layout so that it is still need to repaired.
