Abstract

PT. Nikkatsu Electric Works is private enterprise of National with status of PMDN (Domestic Investor). Representing company of electrics appliances producer like : Transformator, Ballast, Pl-Adaptor, Economical Lamp of Energy as for other product is Yamaha core stacking, Moric and Yasunaga. PT. Nikkatsu Electric Works try to guarantee satisfaction to society, client and employees productively a product majoring factor : Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Moral, Enviromental. From now PT. Nikkatsu Electric Works need software of Decision Support System (DSS) occupation increasing and acceptance of new employees base on computerization, so that can evaluate achievement capacity each every its employees. DSS is system base on computer capable to solve the problem which is not structure by effective and efficient. This system use method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and of Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP). Method of AHP is a method breaking an complex situation, not structure, into parts of its component. While method of MFEP is a method by writing down factors and criterion its in the form of weight value from 0 until 1. The next phase is fill the value to each factor which is influence in decision making of data to be processed.
