PT. PLN ( Persero) KP Telagasari Sub Province of Karawang peripatetic is area management of electrics to improve prosperity of society including social aspect and service of public. To fulfill requirement of customer in the case of service, Company Electrics State ( PLN) have one special shares handle the problem of sigh of customer. such shares is Part Of Service Denunciating Light Failure Customer, but system work in this shares still use the way of simple computerization so that pursue service fluency to customer doing denunciating. Method system development the used is Model of Waterfall, while Software / Tools the used is Borland Delphi 5.0 and Paradox as DBMS. Applying of system computerize in service of denunciating light failure this PLN is focussed for implementation information system service of trouble able to pursue operational activity in service shares. Expected process service of trouble become betterly, quickly and accurate and also process security of data to make manipulation data cannot by unconcerned in side.
