Technology at globalization era is very important to support life activity everyday, kind in the world of education, business, entertainment, amusement, governance and others. Example, of growth of technology is computer. Computer is very important to support growth of information technology which progressively mount. KPKB is government effort require to develop system able to quicken and facilitating member to get information. system which need to be developed is a information system online member registration of KPKB functioning as media in registration process and get information quickly, accurate and complete. Scheme of system used method of Waterfall. Appliance used to design system with Flow Map, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary, Normalization, Entity Relationship Diagram, Table Relationship and File Structure. Technique data collecting by observation, book study and interview. Software of Supported use MySQL as database and language program of HTML, JavaScript and PHP. Designed System can quicken and facilitate performance to executor of system, so that become more effective and is efficient. Designed system, member just only registration and see membership information, member can’t do transaction. To the fore, it expected can be developed furthermore as according to requirement of system.
