Puskesmas is one of institution of service of public which active in health given independence authority by Sub-Province Public Health Service or Kota to carry out operational duties and responsible to development of health in its the job activity region. Reasoning of from this skripsi is study problems faced in part of supply, especially in part of Apotek which at drug data processing still using manual system that is controller process and drug data processing which still experiencing delay and difficulty, and drug repository which still in the form of documents archive to avoid redudansi data. From above problems hence proposed by information systems to base on computerization, to increase service of Puskesmas causing yields accurate information and reliable and can assist in process of drug data processing and supply controller of drug data in Puskesmas. This problem broken by using model waterfall and data collecting technique applies descriptive method and data obtained through interview and observation, while equipment applied to design this system in the form of Flow Map, Context Diagrams, DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and development toolkit the application of database applies SQL Server and language pemograman Borland Delphi 7. System which has been designed this can give accuracy guarantee would a data especially in drug data processing and drug data controller in part of Apotek, quickens performance and gives amenity to related party sides in execution of the system. So yields supply information systems of drug which more effective, efficient, interaktif and economizes place and exploits remaining time.
