PT. PANCAPRIMA EKA BROTHERS Inc, Ltd is a company whice is active in garment manufacture auterwea., An operational of this company is receive orders from customers with famous brands, such as ADIDAS, NIKE, REEBOK, and others. Problems of the this company is give an order of goods has not applied application program so that less efficient and effectively, can happened writing mistake, and loses. Calculation of raw material has not is automatic so that must calculate in manual. With the problems hence need to be made application program for give an order of goods and calculation raw material, that problems happened can be minimization. System development method applied is apply prototype paradigm and applies equipment of modelling of like flowmap, context diagram, DFD and scheme of database like normalization, ERD, file structure, and applies the application of database SQL Server. With problems happened at PT. PANCAPRIMA, hence made an application program for give an order of goods and calculation raw material to process to become quicker, lessens mistake in writing and prevents losing of the bundles since have already is on file in database.
