SMA Negeri 16 of Bandung is one of senior high school in Bandung. In SMA Negeri 16 Bandung the process of student’s data and raport’s mark are still manual. Beside that, the storage media of them are still manual archived too, that’s thing make difficult in looking for the data and change the data. Software value processing is a form the application to process the cognitive value, psychomotor value and avective value. The system is begun with input data student, input data teacher, input data studies, student registration and value processing. Because, input data only register in archive, we have long times to looking for the data. Therefor, this application is arrange by using data base which is usefull to save data with relative amount data so as to easy for saving the data, looking for the data, change of the data and abolition the data. System development method which is use paradigma incremental model have part become four phase that analysis, design, coding and testing. This system have validation process for user which is usefull to given access right for otherside, in other to the data have security guaranteed. This system is arrange by using Borland Delphi 7 and the database by using with Microsoft SQL Server 7 and the operation system is Microsoft Windows XP Professional. Software of value processing constructed with purpose giving easier for SMA Negeri 16 Bandung in processing the student’s data and marks. With such, can easier management side to easier storage, looking for, changing and also cleaning the data.
