The purpose of research that will be conducted is to desing an effective an efficient system that can handle the problems happen in the system running nowadays, which is still manually operated in processing, material data, so the information and data report from the supplier are still hard to get because it needs so much time to get them. The methods of study in the research use collecting data and developing system in collecting data , the research will be done by observation, interview, and literature study. While in developing system method, the writer will use prototyping method. The strengths of the new system are it can minimize the error in processing data in CV.Ochikawa Headwear Project and it can make the information more accurate. The strengths of this proram is that the system has been computerized so that input and output can be more efficient and safer, the data searching process can also be faster so information needed can be more accurate an faster in getting it.
