SMAN 1 Pontang is one of high school continuation of upstairs under Departemen Pendidikan to cope to increase student quantity and improve education quality. Today SMA Negeri 1 Pontang in registration data processing and student value still using offline application, so that information about registration and value cannot be accessed every time. Inexistence of information systems about registration and student value, what complicates old fellow in observing achievement of its the chlid. Application run cannot do validation of registration data doubling and value, so that information presented often happened mistake of redudance data. Scheme of registration information system and student value bases of web this made to use method of Prototyping. As for its phases as follows : phase of first is Requirement Gathering and Refinement, Phase both of Quick Design, Third phase of Building Prototype, Fourth phase of Costumer Evaluation of prototype, Fifth phase of Refining Prototype, Sixth phase of Enggineer Product. System built presented onlinely causing can be accessed every time. System built has can do validation of registration data doubling and student value, causing earns lessens the happening of redudance data. User can access this system in online to know about information of school and student value in update.
