The aim of this reseacrh is to develop and design a new system that can be use to overcome the problems wich happen in Cottage Daarul Jannah, specially in the reservations. The compiler see the difficulty felt by guest to get the information about availibility of room and other facility in Cottage Daarul Jannah, can be overcome by developing information system being based on web. The research method that used in research is data collecting method and processing model. The data collecting method is be done by using survey method (observation), literatures and list of questions model, while its process model is use the model processing of Evolusioner Spiral with the approach system of Object Oriented. The new system have ability at the reservations process, guest have earned direct know the amount of available room and other facility which they get without having to come direct to the cottage. The existence of this system is making of report of data reservasi can be done quickly
