As a company is improving, it needs a good planning and controlling system to support the performance and the process holding in the company, so that all the process can run well. Purchasing and selling process in PT. Grafitri Budi Utami Bandung still works manually. As a result, there are a lot of obstacles during the process, such as the errors in making records and difficulties in making income statements. Computer system gives a great help in solving the problem particularly in managing the data, so we can get the information easily, quickly and accurately. The aim of this research is to make a computerized information system application of goods selling and raw material purchasing. System improving method that is used is waterfall method with flow map, context diagram, DFD, normalization and ERD as modeling instruments. The application is a multiuser application. The application uses network with Client-Server concept. A computerized information system of selling and purchasing in PT. Grafitri Budi Utami can decrease the rate of unwanted errors. Besides, we can get the information quickly, and of course, whenever we need.
