PT. Mutiara Qolbun Saliim Publishing (PT. MQS Publishing) is a company wich is work in printing and publishing field. This company experienced difficulties in managing goods data. Althought it has used computer, but the aplication that is used by PT. MQS Publishing is not effective in processing and integrating goods data. The company experienced some obstacies. That obstacies are out data process and goods entry data that need long time that concequenced on selling, process, seeing the problems that was happened in PT. MQS Publishing, it needs a solution to solve that problems. The solution is application of information system that base on network. The methodology that is used in planning this system is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method. This information system planning of goods acceptance and expenditure use program language application of Delphi 7 version and SQL server 7 version as database application. This planning system is still limited. It is only in goods acceptance and expenditure range. Whit this application of goods acceptance and expenditure system, processing of goods data becomes more effective and efficient. So, it can increase company work.
