Dwi Tirta P erdana Cooperation in Dinas Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air if we see from it’s function is a kind of government cooperation was made for functional group. Dwi Tirta Perdana cooperation try to give their best services,but much of problem that they had are processsing data for it’s service transaction like credit and payment for goods credits especially for daily needed are still processes by using manual method,so the problem that much happens are they didn’t get any service and information as fast as they want. According to it’s problem, information service system Dwi Tirta Perdana cooperation are expected to support any processing data service like cash goods payment by using automatic computerize, where this information systems planned by using Object Oriented method with appliance assist of UML (Unified Modeling Module ) By using computerize system in data savings, users can easily access every information that they need and it can deliver every information from all of department so costumers didn’t have to be wait so long for the result, and every report can be delivered on time like we expected
