As for which intake background is problem of absence data input and salary because at officer absence service not yet automatic for absence program, that is still use amano machine, where officer obliged by absence card input at amano machine start from the officer enter job and when officer push along job, and also in officer absence data processing still done in writing in paper document. While in the case of remuneration of calculation employ still done by using and calculator making of slip employ still use this matter excel spredsheet can confiscate time old ones in course of absence data processing and calculation employ officer, in making of absence report and also report employ officer even also will experience of time old ones. Method which is used in absence information system and remuneration of this officer use analysis Model Prototype ( Prototyping Model). With prototype model can yield a system matching with requirement of system user. Appliance assist which is used in absence information system and remuneration of this officer consist of context diagram, flowmap, diagram flow data, diagram relationship entity, tables of relationship, normalization, and data dictionary As for result of which is obtained from absence system and this remuneration, that is can replace absence service process mechanically amano become computerization and can water down in data processing employ officer. Expected with existence of this system can improve good time efficiency and performance in absent service of data processing and also officer employ officer.
