A good quality film could be seen from its audio visual quality and its plot. A good film is called a sinematic film. According to Joseph M.Boggs, a sinematic film is a motion pictures with good combination of audio visual aspecs amoung other in mobility and freshness of scenes to avoid static and monotony. A sinematic film in the form of plot element, composition, arrange voice, lighting and editing, influenced by its production process including pre production, production and post production process. Those stage are correlated one to each other. Documentary film Seren Taun produced by PT.Garuda TV Media International doesn’t meet the standard of cinematic film viewed from plot element, composition, arrange voice, lighting and editing. This matter is influenced by production process at PT.Garuda TV Media International which do not follow standard process film.
