intention of this writing of skripsi is to know how applying of accounting information system, execution of internal operation of earnings of role of taking care of road;street and how big role of accounting information system in supporting internal operation effectiveness of earnings of role of taking care of road;street at Tooth hospital and oral of university tooth faculty of mediciness padjadjaran Applying of accounting information system in tooth hospital and oral of university tooth faculty of mediciness padjadjaran supported by computerization system which integrated with usage of network local area network as supporting facilities for internal access of internet and company explorer as supporting facilities for access eksternal company by using software simadu which is way for watering down management in obtaining information which quickly, accurate and acurate for decision making and analysis for the agenda of goal achievement which have been specified and also can assist management in doing internal operation of earnings of role of taking care of road;street effectively and efesien in doing this research of writer do approach of case study by using qualitative descriptive research method, where data obtained by doing field study of directs through questionaires and interviews which writers allot to direct interconnected employeeses with the checked objects, henceforth done by hypothesis test by using statistic test non parametik ladder correlation ( spearman rank order correlation) by using auxiliaries spss ( statistical product and service solution) version of 12 based on the calculation result known that probability number from result calculation equal to 0.02 < 0.05 hence H0 is refused, mean there are strong relationship, signifikan and unidirectional between variables" accounting information system" and variable" internal operation of earnings of role of taking care of road;street", big of the role is 64.3%. hence writer conclude that : if accountancy formation system applied better and adequate, hence would so central in supporting internal operation effectivity of earnings of role of taking care of road;street at hospital and oral of university tooth faculty of mediciness padjadjara.
