Abstract

Information is an important thing for everyone, it will increase our productivity if we can have it as fast as we can get it. The speed of computer data processing will depend on the needs of system. If the result is critical, then computer data processing (included computer program that has high workload) should be finished as fast as it can do and in the absolute value. The use of single computer will cause the overload in the short of time if the load increase drastically in unpredictable time. Upgrading resources will be in complex situation and need more cost. The option is providing multi computer; building high reliability network computing system services in computer cluster. When the load of computation increases, we can easily add the number of node (computer) (transparently in end-user view) for balancing the increasing of that load without disturbing the current processes. OpenMosix is a free cluster management system that provides single-system image (SSI) capabilities. It should decrease time program execution then using single computer solution. So, it is important to research and prove weather this computer cluster using openMosix and adding the number of node will increase the speed of computation or not.
