Activity of West java and Banten government power plant PT. PLN distributor office is to distribute fund from headquarter office to the branch office if the branch office need to get the fund. Reversely the java and Banten government power plant PT. PLN distributor office will accept and pool charges from electric sales branch office and distribute the fund to headquarter office. Base on that issue, writer want to do research in this field and will entitle the report “Accountancy Information System of Expenditure Cash Flow Design for West Java and Banten Government Power Plant PT. PLN Distributor Office Based on Microsoft Access 2003”. The purpose of research is to recognize how the accountancy information system of expenditure cash flow for West java and Banten government power plant PT. PLN distributor office. Research design for depict how the system work out is descriptive research. The research method to arrange the final project is Action Research Method and the structure to expansion system is Waterfall. Generally, research technique that is used by writer is literature study and observation. From arranges of the final project, writer design the accountancy information system of expenditure cash based on Microsoft access 2003 that already has the accountancy information in context diagram, DFD, flowchart and ERD. The design can help accountancy manager deputy to process the transaction data to earn lost or profit report, cash flow report and balance sheet in short time and accurate.
