Every company gets earnings from activity executed by company. To reach the target of company, the management ought to have an ability to manage and develop the company according to policy and strategy which have been specified by company. The planted fund management becoming an important thing because thereby we earn to know. efficiency usage of the fund in yielding profit. Fund inculcated to defray company operation activity is called working capital. Working capital will always turn when the company still operate. If working capital turnover is higher, then earnings from operation will higher too. The intentions of this research are: (1) To know about working capital turnover at PT. INTI (Persero), (2) To know about growth of earnings from operation at PT. INTI (Persero), and (3) To know about influence of working capital turnover to earnings from operation at PT. INTI (Persero). The objects of this research are working capital turnover and earnings from operation at PT. INTI (Persero). This research is using quantitative data. Data is obtained from Financial Report (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) at PT. INTI (Persero) from 2001 until 2005. The examined variables are working capital turnover as independent variable (variable X) and earnings from operation as dependent variable (variable Y). The Research Method is Descriptive Method with quantitative approach. Examination technique of statistic include linier regression analysis, correlation pearson analysis, determination coefficient, hypothesis test and uses Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 12.00 For Windows Application to support manual computation. Pursuant to result of this research, inferential that working capital turnover influences earnings from operation. This influence is expressed in calculation of correlation coefficient equal to 0,906. This means, according to correlation coefficient classification, included in category “very tight correlation”, and characteristic of that relationship is unidirectional, it means if working capital turnover is higher, then earnings from operation will higher too, so also on the contrary, and the influence of working capital turnover to earnings from operation is 82,08 %, while the rest (17,92 %) is influenced by another factors, such as operating expenses, selling price of the product, and the volume of selling.
