Excessive cash use will couse ovel liquid, there fore PT. Kereta Api specify the planning / correct budget to operational activity of company can be reach better. One of budget which is made by PT. KAI is cash budget. Because the cash represent the highest asset of liquid level, so in this case the company specify a cash budget for to keep the liquid level of the company. The purpose of this research is : (1) To know the growth of cash ratio of PT. KAI (Persero) Bandung, (2) To know the liquid level of PT. KAI (Persero) Bandung and (3) To know the influence of cash ratio to the liquid level of PT. KAI (Persero) Bandung. The method on this research is descriptive method by using quantitative approach. Technique of data collecting is research of bibliography and observation. Data analyze is using correlation analyze, regretion determination, and t-test by using SPSS 14.0 program for windows. Based on the research, writer show that there are the influence of cash ratio to the liquid level, correlation level both of the variabel is strong and show positive correlation value. This is mean if the cash ratio increase follow by liquidity increase, influence level is equal to 54,02 % and the rest of the equal is 45,98 % is influence by another factor.
