Intention of this research is to know how behavioral of Entrepreneurship of all entrepreneur Telor Asin in subdistrict of Lemah Abang Wadas karawang, knowing Succesfully level of is effort entrepreneur Telor Asin in subdistrict of Lemah Abang Karawang. and know how big behavioral irifluence of Entrepreneurship to efficacy of effort at entrepreneur Telor Asin in subdistrict of Lemah Abang Wadas Karawang. Research method used in this research is descriptive and veripikatif method analyse. To analyse the relation between second of accurate variable, researcher use the analysis of Rank Spearman. Because all population in this research is made by sampel, hence this research represent the census research. This compilation skripsi data is obtained by conducting study bibliography, interview, observation, and spreading kuesioner and to analyse the data used by program of SPSS For Windows. Method used by r hitung > r kritis (0,3000) hence data obtained to be told valid, examination reabilitas by using Spearman Brown method. Case study conducted at all entrepreneur Telor Asin in subdistrict of Lemah Abang Wadas Karawang which amount to 25 entrepreneur people. Pursuant to statistic test the writer correlation conduct, obtained by result from correlation determination of equal to 82.81% so that can be interpreted by that second relation of unidirectional high variable and signifikan. Its meaning progressively behavioral level goodness of Entrepreneurship owned every entrepreneur Telor Asin hence will be good progressively also mount the Succesfully to be reached, so on the contrarys maller the level of Entrepreneurship owned every entrepreneur Telor Asin hence will be less progressively also mount the Succesfully to be reached.
