At these day the competition in corporate is so near from tight and progressively go forward the way of developed to reach the target effectively and efficienct. One of the way is by budgeting machine maintenance cost to see the productivity level, but with the machine maintenance cost, will degradity of productivity level, or with the low cost of maintenance and cost enough, will improve the productivity level in that company. This aim of research is to know the influence of machine maintenance cost to productivity level. In this research the another is using machine maintenance cost and productivity in five years period from 2001 until 2005 as data sample while the used method in this research is descriptif method with quantitative approarch. The analyze that in this research is statistical analyze, by using simple linier regression analyze, Pearson correlate analyze, determinate coefficient, and taken conclusion from t test. From this researched, it taking the machine maintenance cost and productivity from PT. Industri Sandang Nusantara (Limited Company) Unit patal Banjaran in 5 years periodic from 2001 until as data sample, then the another was processed and make the results as : the machine maintenance cost have relationship strong with productivity but less significant, the productivity can be explained by using the machine maintenance cost on 43%, mean while 57% it can be explained by other factors as income, misscellanous expence, retained earning, selling volume, and the condition of economics. At PT. Industri Sandang Nusantara (Limited Company) Unit Patal Banjaran, the level of productivity is very influenced by input and output, the mean of that output is productions result and the input is the cost of released from production.
