In the middle of high prosperity competition world, the increased of industry’s quality entangled with human resources. Therefore, every organization requires high quality and competent workers. Which means if occupy an unquality workers the aim can change direction toward to unquaranted progress of industry. To perform the effort of increasing employee appraisal of performance, audit is one important thing of prediction on procedure and entity operation method to determined industry's effectivity and efficiency . Human Resources Audit (HRA) represent a very important instrument to stimulate appraisal of performance as a principle of management the organization resources. With the Human Resources Audit (HRA), the industry can determine when and how to comply the responsibility that connected with the Human Resouces Audit (HRA) regulations in appraisal performance. PT. ( Persero) Angkasa Pura I Sam Ratulangi Airport is one of Government's company under Department of Communication which moves in managing all airports in Indonesia. And just like company in generally, this company also have an audit to achieve their goal. This Skripsi wrote based on obtained fact from result research or research scientifically. With the goal to get an actual data for this research, the research method is a quantitative analysis descriptive approachment with the case study on PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura I Sam Ratulangi Airport. Variable tested in ordinal scale so that researched object can be rank, to test the hypothesis using Rank Spearman correlation coefficient statistic test. Based on analysis result, writer conclude that Human Resources Audit (HRA) have a big role or give a big influence to examine Employee's Appraisal of performance with the percentage in 55.12%. These number drawn from significant hypothesis test result on rs count as 0.742. with t test as tcount (6.062) > ttable (2.3596) , then H0 resolution rejected and Ha accepted. It means Human Resources Audit (HRA) have a significant and positive role to examine employee appraisal of performance on PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura I Sam Ratulangi Airport's administration and financial division or in other words there are like-minded and firm correlation between tested variables. Thus there are conclusion that hypothesis based on script theme taken by writer could be accepted. From every concluded data, there are couple things that makes writer gave some recommendation as a suggestion to maximalize employee's personal skill with some continuous training, to increase the employees appraisal of performance in financial division.
