Main activity to do in a leasing company is allocation of fund to consumer. A company have to do allocation of fund to consumer because it will make improvement for company. Therefore as maximum as possible company can allocation of fund, because of that will make return of fund and profitability for company. Based on above writer do research at PT. Federal International Finance Jakarta and research result is poured in skripsi with title “ Influence of Leasing Cost To Return On Investment (ROI) at PT. Federal International Finance Jakarta”. In this research is studies to regarding/how important leasing cost and influence to return on investment at PT. Federal International Finance Jakarta. Objective of this research is to know growth of leasing cost, growth of return on investment at PT. Federal International Finance Jakarta and Influence of Leasing Cost To Return On Investment (ROI) at PT. Federal International Finance Jakarta. Research conducted by using description method and quantitative, while examination of hypothesis used by pearson correlation and determination coefficient. After tested, the cost of leasing at PT. Federal International Finance Jakarta have positive influence with regression : y = -16.094 + 0.558x, and r= 0.914 and then correlation equal to 83,53% the rest 16,47% influence by other factor. So that conclude leasing cost have an effect to return on investment at PT. Federal International Finance Jakarta.
