Beam is represent one of the all important element in structure of building, because with existence of beam strength stability from building to be awake. functioning beam to channel burden from plate to prop column which is later distribute to pondation. Beam section consist from of some, among others square section beam and beam section T. As to different from square section beam and beam section T is from plate support factor. If seen from strength aspek, the strength of T beam can come up to strength of section square though beam section T have wide dimension section and wide smaller reinforced. This matter is strengthened in composition reinforced concrete structure book L. Wahyudi and Syahril A. Rahim also reinforced concrete book an elementary approach composition of Dr. Edward G. Nawy, P.E both the second is some supporting above statement. With based on to statement in front both this author in they books, then writer interest to prove that beam section T can more optimal to compared with square section beam if seen from defraction streng th.
