PT. PLN ( persero) represent one of governmental property company of Indonesia which is active in electrics service. PT. PLN ( persero) represent the service firm which its activity distribute the electrics of is totality Indonesia angle to fulfill society requirement requiring electrics in everyday life. Information about cash expenditure enough the necessary for company because to know how big cash expenditure owned by the company, where the expenditure can influence company's finance. Cash expenditure of vital importance for service firm like PT. PLN ( persero) because to determine how big cash expenditure conducted by company. Therefore require to be made by a information system of good cash expenditure accountancy so that company can compile the budget from the cash expenditure activity, so that all ambulatory corporate activity better. By using descriptive research method hence researcher the research as a mean to find a new system utilize to improve;repair the system walked. Researcher make the device of information system of accountancy of cash expenditure by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Scheme started from context diagram then made DFD level 0, level 1 coming up with flowchart document so that become a program which can assist the company in process of transaction data as well as in process of expenditure report yield the financial statement that is balance report, cash flow statement and required balance report.
