Abstract

PT. Gistex Marment Division is one of garment industry, data processing inventory work in process still done manually for all of the report. The reset was conducted PT. Gistex Garment Division it find some problem that decrease company performance especially in inventory data processing. We presented final project “Design of Accounting Information System Work In Process Inventories At PT. Gistex Garment Division By Applying Microsoft Access 2003”. In anylyzing, we used scheme primary data and qualitative procedure, eksploratory method and deskriptive analyst, kind of kualitatif and kuantitatif data. However, method development system that used by analyst is the method that oriented to output, method that oriented to process, and the method oriented to data. Development structure system using Iterasi technique. Design of work in process inventory accounting information system that presented by analyst, process work in process inventory is proceded automaticly by computer. The scheme consist of input, process, and output. The input are form Goods data, Goods transaction enter and return of head office, Goods transaction go out and return to production unit. The output are Statement of cost of goods manufactured, Income Statement, Trial Balance, and Stock Report.
