Transprance and open in improving growth of economic of regional in Indonesian represent one of member. From the background above, this research to analyse how far role of Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) in executing it’s cooperation in trade liberalization of Asia Pacific and also how preparation of Asia Pacific Economic Coopertion (APEC) member, specially Indonesian in face of trade liberalization and invesment in globalization era. Histories and descriptive methods are utulized to accomplished this research while empirical datas found in the bibiliography. Conclusion of this research indicate that Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) give influence very determine to nations of member especially in overcoming the problem of economic. When Indonesia experiencing of economic crisis. Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) assist to correct economics of Indonesian through the make-up of trade facility and invesment and also Economic Cooperation and Technical (ECOTECH). In this time Indonesia still experience of some resistance in execution of trade liberalization and invesment that is existence of development issues covering the problem of development of human resource, infrastructure, and also the problem of middle small industry and private sector. Besides existence of the problem of monopolic practice, collution, corruption and nepotism which difficult to be eliminated and also heaping overseas debt of Indonesian.
