This research is meant to desrcibe the influences of East Asian regional security dynamicization to revitalization of Japan defense and security. International security issue form of certain a very complex problems who faced by every world states. In this case nations in East Asian region form of represent some of region with very high conflict crisis level, in the case of regional security problems. East Asian regional security problems represent some of problems which during the time pursue the growth rate level in East Asian region beside its high economics growth, this because in the political sector of East Asian nations is very difficult to coalesce, because one of them is have a possible, difference of ideology view and also political which during the time pursue federating. The existency of Japan defense and security revitalization represent one of incoming respon from states who staying in East Asian region, in attitude of the regional security dynamicization threat which during the time happened in the region. The Strive of Japan in the case of revitalization return back the security defender and its actor in the world is one answer that Japan want to return its actor which during the time handcuffed by the constitution of 1947 that limiting Japan to role its defender and became to a normal country like the other country. This research used a decriptive analytical research method, and the technique of data collecting is done based on empirical data and facts by means of literature study, included by internet and media. The conclusion from result of this research is that the dynamicization is form of a change non stoped dynamic which must be faced by each state in the East Asian region and each state havo to attitude as a challenge to a growth and also don’t see as a threat which later will menace to the stability of regional security. Revitalization of Japan security and defense represent the rights of prerogatif Japan to response the dynamicization of East Asian regional security, this matter is same as done by other state in East Asian region in the strengthening to return its defender beside economic growth of East Asian nations.
