PT. Centrotech Solusindo exploits computer information system as supporter to increase fluency and amenity in doing data processing process, especially in employe data processing and salary data processing. System applied at PT. Centrotech Solusindo in activity of data processing still be done in manual, so that need long time to search of data employe and salary data employe into, often happened error at counting salary, making of salary report and has late in payment of salary each month. Data collecting method applied applies interview technique, observation and book study. Systems development methodologies applied is method Waterfall consisted of by System Engineering, System Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and Maintennance. Based on research, developed an management information systems of officer data and officer salary data in the form of database, big calculation process employed applies computer process and there is menu for report making. With systems development of information proposed, seeking of officer data and salary data becomes easier, minimization of big calculation mistake employed, making of salary data report and salary report and payment becomes more efficient.
