PT X Bandung is a printing office that have job in photo copy field, the processing data mostly have been doing in manual process, especially in photo copy service administration that need the accurate and right processing data system. Whether in making the reports are still doing with manual that will spend much time, to find the solution above needed the information to salve all problems with fast and accurate. The purpose from this research is make minimalist of mistake in accepting data, making screen lay out to give comfortable and easier to user in using software application. This processing administration data uses a method that is, the technique of collecting data like interview, research / observation and documentation study, and the system development method that use is SDLC paradigm ( System Development lifecycle) in making this program have purpose to change and make better than before. The tools of this system scheme are Flow Map, Context Diagram, Data Flow Diagram, Data Dictionary, ERD (Entity Relational Diagram) and normalization. So that the supported software using are Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 and crystal reports 11. The information system can help to solve the problem in process incoming and outgoing financial data. The processing administration data faster than manual as has done in PT X Bandung. The data depository in form database and computerization can reduce and repair the false of data, the process making data will faster and more accurate.
