PD.BPR Subang, Subang Branch is a regional company which is going on banking sector and under control of Indonesian Central Bank. Collecting fund and giving loan to micro level , small and middle level of people is the main activity of it. The processing of loan need much time si bank manager often get information in the incorrect time The system approach method used is having orientation into Strukture Analisys Method and system development id done by using Waterfall method on the other hand help tool for system model is Flowmap, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), dan Conteks Diagram, and the arrangement of database used Data Dictionary , Normalisasi, and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). By using this new system, loan data prosessing and payment of credit can be well integrated and it�¢����s saved into database reducing document archiving and faster in processing credit report.
