Abstract
This report entitled ��The Translation of Myth in Claude Levi Strauss��s Structural Anthropology�� describes how to translating myth in Claude Levi-Strauss��s book. This book analyzed myth that exists in community, especially the Greek mythology. The research uses descriptive qualitative, because the data is in the form of sentences which described comprehensively.Based on the results, the writer concluded that in the translation of the myth we must consider whether the target language understands the myth that is being talked about, because myths are in each country or tribe.
