This report entitled ��Language Expressions Used in Ordering Email and Ordering Letter in The CKLIK Internet Cafe��, discusses about the intentions of language expressions used in their structures such as in the opening paragraph, the content paragraph, and the closing paragraph in ordering email and ordering letter. This report is expected to give additional information about the language expressions used in the ordering business via internet.The method used in this report is descriptive analytic. This method is used for comparing the ordering letter and ordering email.The result of this report is focused on the usage of the language expression on ordering email and letter, and comparing similarities and differences whose the results can be indicated from the target customer and the intention of the language expression used.
