The paper entitled ��English-Indonesia mixing code in Facebook. During the training process, the writer found that some facebook users mix and switch English and Indonesia code.Method used are descriptive and qualitative. The data gained from facebook and desribe the type and the caused by Hoffman theories. This report is meant to describe the data type of mixing code and the caused.Based on result, the conclusion gained is the type of mixing code which used is �� Intra and Inter Sentential mixing code��. It means they are mix a piece word or phrase with Indonesian code in their status. It is caused by�� Expressing group identity��and��Being emphatic about something.��
