Abstract
Faktor yang mempengaruhi citra kearsipan positif yaitu kerapihan penyimpanan, kebersihan tempat penyimpanan, petugas yang terdidik terampil, kemudahan untuk menyimpan dan menemukan kembali, keamanan dan sebagainya.
