Provision of adequate salaries will bring positive impact on employee morale and passion. Salary to be a cheerleader employees to work better and more productively. With a given salary, the employee can make ends meet day-hari.Dalam an organization / company, payroll activities can not be separated from the role of the system. Payroll systems that regulate this activity is referred to as payroll accounting systems. In the payroll system, there are policies that govern everything about payroll, procedures or procedures for granting salary, related documents that serve as proof, functions or parts that are involved in internal control over payroll and payroll activities. So that all the activities that took place a structured and integrated as well as reduce errors that may occur out of the system that has dibuat.Hasil showed payroll procedures can not be separated in terms of the implementation of adequate records of salaries, where employee records relating to the aspects of the salary principal, rapel, benefits / welfare costs and reduced by the pieces.
