PT. Sinergi Kreasi Solusindo is a Information Technology ( IT ) company services which provide for the creation of websites, applications, and information systems for enterprises either already growing and new companies in the field of education, accounting, advertising, social, cultural, government agencies and so on. As an emerging company, PT. Sinergi Kreasi Solusindo trouble getting the client. PT. Sinergi Kreasi Solusindo far more often get projects such as the creation of websites and information systems of the client which is the company's products and services are still difficult to advertise their products due to the high cost to pay for the advertising company or advertising media such as television. CEO of PT. Sinergi Kreasi Solusindo also difficulty in seeing the development of the number of clients.Based on these problems, PT. Sinergi Kreasi Solusindo had the idea to build an information system that would enable it to PT. Sinergi Kreasi Solusindo in getting a client, a company that facilitates the difficulties in the management of advertising and advertising distribution, and facilitate the CEO in the development of the number of clients seen. The system will be built utilizing social media facebook and twitter to attract users. Based on test results using blackbox methods for functional, is free of syntax errors. For it can be concluded that it has managed to create a system that can ease the difficulty in managing the company's advertising and distribution of advertising, also allows the CEO to see the development of the advertising client .
