Research for telecommunication role on the economical studies facade that they have significant influence and vice versa, and telecommunication infrastructure as a production factor such as electrical and gas oil. Most economic practices have predicted telecommunication effect on the macro-economic state. Most research has been issued, visage telecommunication growth just related to economical circumstance such : gross domestic product; population; building and income rate, without telecommunication operator ability to perform optional service and quality service assurance that may have been given by telecommunication operator service furthermore economical particular has immediate influence to telecommunication growth has not been evaluated. In this research estimate economical circumstance related to telecommunication growth in Indonesia and encompass telecommunication operator ability as telecommunication service variable such as production rate, quality service indicator, subscriber lines and switching capacity. Research corollary may has determined to make development telecommunication planning in Indonesia. It can be ececuted if telecommunication services variable that has influence economic system and economic manner taht pivot role for telecommunication requisition could be known. Not all economic particular have same role to accept telecommunication services. Canonical correlation method is multivariate analysis for countenance between two variable clusters this are telecommunication service variable and sector economic variable. This method stingy by partial correlation variable that show two variables correlation vigorously this is each telecommunication variable with each sub sector economic. Outcome may have been issued are variables have pivot role to telecommunication service to uphold Indonesian economic such subscriber lines, quality of services, production rate and switching capacity simultaneously. Sector economic variables that have the best impact to telecommunication is manufacturing industry sector; and hotel & restaurant sector; financial, ownership & business sector and transportation & communication sector simulataneously.
