Library is an important facility supporting the learning process on elementary school Sukawarna 3 Bandung. Library serves primarily for the provision of reading materials to students. On elementary school Sukawarna 3 Bandung, library services are still generally done manually as well as borrowing and repayment transaction reports are done manually, so the lack of effectiveness and efficient in terms of time library employees in the transaction of borrowing and repayment. Research methodology makes elementary school library information system Sukawarna 3 Bandung performed using the prototype method by means of the identification problem, the user needs, prototyping, prototype testing, repair prototype, to a method of data collection by observation and interviews to employees in the library elementary school Sukawarna 3 Bandung , being a tool to describe the system that runs the model and the proposed form of Flowmap, Context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), the database design using normalization, data dictionary and Entity Relationship diagram (ERD), and software for the implementation of the PHP,MySql use as a database, Adobe Dreamwever as editor of the PHP files and HTML. application, as well as the library system can facilitate the effective performance of staff in the library.
