The Frame of reference that base the research on is students who have A personality type and B personality type. The students who have A personality type have inclination stress experience more than if be equal with student who have B type personality in finish off minithesis.This work used explanative research method. Explanative research means the description about all factor’s which cause a phenomenon. The purpose of predictive quantitative research is to know the differences of stress in finish off minithesis be observe of student personality type.The carrying out of research is in May, 23 rd 2002 with sample from, Psychology Faculty Student as many as 50 students. The sample be take use Purposive Insidental Sampling Technique, this technique is a sampling technique that take research sample base on whoever who by Research Man when he deliver his research, and certainity this sample is matching with the characteristic.The data that be take for stress in finish off minithesis use stress scale. The try out use applied try out with internal validity try and reliability try that use Alpha Gronboach tchnique. Whereas the research data be analysis with t-test teqnique.Be means of data analysis be found if the difference is very signficant to stress variable be observe from personality type (t = 4,752 ; sig. = 0,000), in which student with A type personality have more than stress level (Mean = 155,92) be compare with student who have B personality type (Mean = 125,72).The student be here can do self introspection and than continued semester problematic when finish off minithesis than can turn up stress can be handle well match with personality type each others. More over for research man be hope can develop a research with wider field.
