Abstract
Public Accountant Office In Bandung. At the time of audit the client, Public Accountant Office mayoritas use working paper (KKP) that made by using Microsoft Excel software. This working paper only consist of cash opname working paper for cash account, stock opname for inventory account and working paper to every accounts exist in company (client). On troubleshoot author takes title "Design of Aplication model Information System Auditing by using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software and database MySQL Bases of Client Server (Case Study in Public Accountant Office In Bandung)" Research design which writer using research design with data primer/secunder, research type which writer using academic research, data type that writer using qualitative data and quantitative data, research method that writer using eksploratoris and descriptive research, data collecting technique that writer using field study consisted of by interview, observation and literature study, system development method that writer using methodology orienting at process, data and output. System development structure that writer using Iterasi. Design of information system using context diagram, data flow diagram, data dictionary, flowchart, normalization and ERD. This design of Aplication model information system auditing use for report auditor, supposed can process case data that found to be computerized well and can produced output that consist of report auditor, client financial statement, and shade financial.
