Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out and also intended to obtain the empirical evidence that concerns about the influence of (1) Employees perceptions of work climate and supportive management on work effort both simultaneously and partially, (2) Taxpayers perceptions of work effort on taxpayers service quality (3) Taxpayers service quality on tax evasion . The result of the hypothesis shows a significant and positive relation between The employee perceptions of work climate, supportive management, work effort on taxpayers service quality, and negative relation on tax evasion.
